Kind,caring and efficient
Maybe it’s the anesthesia talking but I really like the staff at this Williams St location. The nurses are funny and of course I love to see my doc. They do a great job at keeping the facilities clean. I saw the lady disinfect the bathroom floors in the lobby and the OR area multiple times which is fantastic. I hate going to health facilities and the floor is a mess. Esp ,if you have to walk on it with your socks. This place gives you socks to cover yours though, so that’s even better. This is my second time at this location. They are consistent.
Got a colonoscopy. Dr Wolff, Jennifer, Leonel, Ann and Dr Singh were all so wonderful. This office runs so smoothly and I’ve always had a wonderful safe experience. Thank you!
It’s so rare to have such a positive experience, every single person was really efficient as well as above and beyond attentive and just lovely. Verna made me feel so comfortable pre-op and Alph was super patient with me while I came out of my post op fog. Thanks to everyone who took such good care of me – Catt, Gina, Alana and Dr. Butoi
